Something broken, confusing, or missing? Email reprevapp@gmail.com and tell us what happened. It helps if you include your device model, your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
No. RepRev has no sign-up and no sign-in. Everything works the moment you open the app.
On your device, in the app's local storage. It is never uploaded to us or to any server. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Not yet. Because everything is stored locally and there is no account, workout history does not follow you to a new device. Sync is something we are looking at.
RepRev walks your training split in order and checks each day against your recovery status. Every muscle group has a recovery window, and a day whose muscles have not recovered is skipped so a later day can come forward. If nothing is ready, the app suggests rest and tells you when your next session opens up.
Yes. Open Settings, then Recovery, and set your own window for any muscle group. The defaults are longer for back and legs, shorter for arms and core.
Usually because a muscle group in the expected day is still recovering, so RepRev moved a later day forward. The Today screen lists which days it skipped and why. You can always tap "Train anyway" to override it.
Yes. Open the exercise library and add one, tagging the muscle groups it trains so recovery and suggestions keep working. Custom exercises can be edited and deleted later.
Yes, in Settings. Switching units converts everything already logged.
Delete individual sessions from History, or uninstall the app to permanently remove all of its data from your device. Since nothing is stored on our side, we cannot restore data once it is gone.
Both go to the same place: reprevapp@gmail.com. Feature requests are genuinely read, and the roadmap is shaped by them.
